Hunters (sign ups)

Twenty years ago an asteroid was seen heading towards earth, the mass of it was so large that it was suspected that no one would live after the collision, and if they did, it wouldn't be enough to keep humanity alive. In a desperate attempt to save themselves the scientists had demanded for underground bunkers. A safe place for the selected few to survive, and prosper. It had taken all their time and money to create such a place, an underground city that would survive the crash. This saved the rich, the brightest, and the politicians.

the rest of the world watched, as their death came closer and closer, day by day. When the asteroid hit, it took out seventy-five percent of the worlds population, those who survived suffered greatly and soon died a painful death. The one's that lived migrated to places that had the fewest damages dealt.

The asteroid left more then just a large scar on the planet. In a matter of days the creatures that had lived in the surrounding area began to mutate, becoming feral beasts that showed only a slight resemblance to the beautiful animals we took for granted.

In three years, the population had decreased to a mere 20 percent. There was no hope left, and people began to lose the will to go on. Then, it happened, a group of people, who wouldn't give in fought back. They traveled from one major city to the next, fighting off the beasties, and setting the place up with their own defense. They trained whoever was willing, and soon every city had one of their own to guard and teach.

fives years ago, the people who were selected to be saved reemerged, they demanded their world back, and without question, the people gave it. happy to have a leader, happy to have something from the past brought back to bring them out of their hellish nightmare. The hunters who had protected them, and taught them left. They were pushed away, and soon they fled back to the small island that was rumored to be their main base.

Today the world isn't quite back to the way it was, and it may never be. The politicians had given themselves the titles of kings and emperors. The island that was the home of the hunters had been given life, a tall tower is their main hub, surrounded by smaller buildings. The threat of the beasts seemed to have vanished, until recently, when rumors of attacks spread across the three main cities.

The people, in a panic, demanded for their kings to save them. People know though, the only ones capable of it, were the Hunters, and they may not want to help them.

there are three main cities, Alpha, beta, and Delta. These are the names that the Hunters have given them. and the hunter's island home. Guardian tower.

Guardian Tower is the most high tech facilities left on earth, created by some of the scientists that joined the hunters after they had returned to the surface. No one knows exactly where Guardian Tower is located, nor do they know how advanced the Hunters became. The leaders, a Man and a woman, Action and Reason, had made it clear that all advanced technology will be concealed from the general public. They wished to keep the power hungry leaders from such things.

No Godmoding, taking control of someone else character is rude and lame, don't do it. Ask the owner of a character if you could move them or what not.

No sues. I think one is just there for looks, everyone knows how to make a character without making a sue.

Name: Saphry (Sapphire)
Age:17
gender: female
appearance: short in height, and thin. She has dark skin, dark red hair, and sea blue eyes. her hair is cut short, and she tends to wear dark tight fitting clothes. Her main weapon is a scythe, but she can use anything, side weapon is an old pistol that is attached to dark blue skinny jeans. A set of throwing knives are in easy to reach places, and her black boots hold a hidden knife.

History: Born on the road to Delta, her family was attacked by wolf like beasts. Her mother died, and she was raised by her father and their two dogs. Sapphire was named after the strange coloration of her eyes. as she grew older her father had joined the hunters, and taught her how to fend for herself. The two dogs had pups, which she helped raised. two years ago she took three pups with her, A black one named Ash, a White one named Snow and a tanned one named Summer. they follow her everywhere. Also two years ago she was taken to Guardian Tower and trained to be a hunter. Passing her test, she was granted the title journeymen and was sent out into the world to test her strength and will.

Appearance:Tall in height with an athletic build. His skin is lightly tanned, his spiked short hair is bright orange in the middle and fades to blonde at the tips, and his eyes are blue. He wears snug Black clothing with dark blue trim. His main weapon is an old Remington 870 shotgun. A tomahawk holstered across his tailbone and two large combat knives one in his right boot and one on his left shoulder make up his bladed weaponry.

History:Only son of two hunters and trained from an early age to follow in their footsteps. When he was thirteen his father took him out on in a mostly cleared area for some survival experience. While hiking with his dad he strayed a bit behind and heard a noise that sounded like crying. Being a curious boy he walked in the general direction of the sound and found an rarity an unmutated fox kit that looked rather frightened, but when he got close to it to see what was wrong he was charged by a juvenile wolf beast. Not wanting the poor fox to get hurt he pulled out his shaking hand and tried to scare off the animal, but to no avail it charge and was only held back for a second as it's jaws came down and took Kit's left arm causing him to scream out in pain. When the beast was just about to turn around and run at the boy again Kit's father arrive and shot it in the head. After field dressing Kit's mortal wound his dad praised his bravery and the baby fox was eternally grateful to him both of which greatly eased his pain. Weeks and a four speeches on why he should not be so reckless by his mother later doctors at the tower attached a robotic prosthetic, sadly his pattern of losing his left arm continued two more times so he is currently on the third prosthetic. Later he took the test and passed, but barely due to his terrible skills with any gun but the shotgun. Regardless he was able to leave the tower with town very proud parent behind him and his faithful companion Roy the same fox his saved years ago.

Name: Croh(Crow) Dement
Age: 20
gender: Male
appearance: With skin the complexion of creamed coffee, and eyes the color of a dim flame its not ard to tell that Croh at one point was a very handsome individual, and still is for the most part. He has several visible scars on his face, arms and torso. His golden hair is slicked back, with a small fringe still remaining forward in front of his face. Despite his scarring the eyepatch he wears is purely for functional purposes, keeping one eye dialated.

location: Causing trouble in Beta
History: Not a whole lot is known about Croh, no experemental records or psychiatric evaluations fitting anyone of his description are known of. With a pretty proper upbringing and a father who's a scavenger engineer, he became well versed in traveling and protecting himself, without training from the Hunters. He eventually found himself in Beta, selling his skills in protection, acquisition, and just generally causing mayhem wherever he goes. He claims he can do, find, fix, or kill just about anything.

Appearance: Vance stands at around 5'9, his skin is a light peach, and a small selection of freckles are patterned around the bridge of his nose. His hair, smartly combed, ash blonde, full, but not long enough to be past his neck. His eye's are wide and emerald, however, somewhat obscured by his half moon glasses.
Occupation: Professor in the Engineering of weaponry used to combat Beasts, Hunter.
Location: Research facility in Alpha.
